DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $150.
We ship with USPS Priority mail which takes an average of 2-5 business days.
Once your item ships, you will get an email with a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders from Canada and Mexico ship at a flat rate of $20. Any difference in shipping will be refunded to you as we ship out your order.
Orders from the rest of the world ship at a flat rate of $45. Any difference in shipping will be refunded to you as we ship out your order.
We currently do not ship to Australia.
RETURNS
All items may be returned within 10 days of the notified delivery date
If you are ordering multiple sizes of one item for fit reasons, they may be returned for a refund. To begin the return process please email shoparlogoods[@]gmail.com or through our contact form. Reach out with your concern, we are always happy to help.
Orders cannot be canceled once the item is shipped.
Returns are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged items. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your return as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.
EXCHANGES
All items may be returned within 10 days of notified delivery date for store credit only.
If you are happy with the item but would like to exchange it for a different size, please contact us at shoparlogoods[@]gmail.com or through our contact form. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged items. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and Arlo Goods does not refund original shipping costs if a return is made.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using Canada Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Arlo Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we are unable to reimburse items that are lost or stolen in transit.
DEFECTS
We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 2-3 times throughout our quality control process.
